With a career span of more than 40 years, Kelly has a comprehensive background in analyzing complex multi-family, senior living facilities, and commercial and industrial property assessments. She has worked across various Illinois counties, including Cook County and the surrounding “collar counties.”
In addition to her work as a tax analyst, Kelly is responsible for managing the Chicago office, overseeing the day-to-day operations, and leading a talented team. Her leadership and mentorship have been key to fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
