Phillip M. Brusk
Phil Brusk is an attorney based in our Cleveland office. His practice focuses on property tax assessment appeals in the National Portfolio Practice Group.
Phil joined Siegel Jennings in 2018 as a Real Estate Tax Analyst. Prior to becoming an attorney at Siegel Jennings, he was a Senior Real Estate Tax Analyst in the firm’s National Portfolio Practice Group. Phil is experienced in handling client portfolios for various commercial property types: retail, industrial, hotel, apartments, and affordable housing located in multiple areas. During his time as an analyst, he gained experience reviewing property tax values, assessing appeal strategies, and evaluating potential property tax implications of property acquisitions
and dispositions.
