Cecilia J. Hyun was awarded 2018 Property Tax Article of the Year by the Institute for Professionals in Taxation (IPT) for “Ohio Supreme Court Affirms That It is the Fee Simple Interest to Be Valued for Real Property Tax Purposes” which was published in the October 2017 issue of the IPT Insider. She was presented with the Award at the IPT Annual Conference held this year in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
